1. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Participation in Punjab State Lotteries is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. By placing an order on this website, you solemnly declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. Residents of territories or states where the purchase of state lotteries is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this brokerage service.

2. Nature of Services (Brokerage & Courier)

Punjab Lottery King acts solely as a purchasing agent and courier coordinator. When you complete an order:

• We purchase genuine, official printed paper tickets on your behalf from Directorate-authorized distributor counters in Punjab.
• We issue an instantaneous digital booking receipt containing your registered details, scheme name, and unique booking reference.
• We dispatch the physical paper lottery ticket(s) to your registered residential address using India Post Speed Post or Registered Parcel.

3. Ticket Allocation & Serial Availability

Ticket series and number requests are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis from available physical printed inventory. In the rare event that a specifically requested serial number has already been purchased at the counter prior to order processing, our customer support team will promptly assign an adjacent available serial within the same scheme or contact the buyer.

4. Dispatch & Speed Post Delivery

Physical tickets are packed in sealed, tamper-evident, waterproof envelopes and handed over to India Post within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. India Post Speed Post consignment tracking numbers are dispatched to the customer's registered WhatsApp/SMS. Punjab Lottery King is not responsible for transit delays caused by postal strikes, severe weather, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, or statutory transit embargoes.

5. Draw Results & Winning Prize Claims

Lottery draws are conducted publicly in Punjab under the supervision of state government judges and officials. Official draw results declared in the Punjab State Government Gazette are final and authoritative.

• Prizes up to ₹10,000: Can be verified and processed through authorized state lottery distributor offices or accredited brokers.
• Major Prizes & Jackpots (Exceeding ₹10,000): Must be claimed directly by the ticket holder from the Directorate of Punjab State Lotteries, Vit-te-Yojna Bhawan, Sector 33-A, Chandigarh along with original physical ticket, government photo ID, PAN card, and notarized claim forms as required by state law.
• We offer full administrative guidance and claim documentation assistance to all jackpot winners.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Punjab Lottery King, its proprietors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed draws resulting from postal transit delays or force majeure events. Our maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the actual amount paid for the brokerage of the affected ticket.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
